The Modernist Bandstand was designed by the Martinez Ubago brothers on the ocasion of the Hispano-French Exposition of 1908. Before its current location it was situated in the Plaza de los Sitios and in the Paseo de la Independencia. Its baldachin structure is erected on a stone base; eight cast iron columns sustain a glass roof in whose centre there is a small dome with coloured ceramic pieces. It is one of the most beautiful and refined examples of Zaragoza modernism.
