This building, attributed traditionally to Ricardo Magdalena, was really designed by the architect, Julio Bravo. The composition of its three facades maintains the common characteristics of Zaragoza Modernism.
The walls are made of brick, whilst the stone is reserved for the low part and as an ornamental element of the openings. The vegetable and floral decoration in wrought iron and stone, which frames the glazed balconies and baywindows, stands out. Recently reopened after years of careful restoration, the building houses today the Hotel Catalonia Plaza.
