Aragon Guide

Aragon is an emerging golf destination. Golf lovers can enjoy this activity in five places in Aragon: La Peñaza, Air Base and Pinseque in Zaragoza, Nueno and Valley of Benasque in the Aragon Pyrenees. The largest golf course is the Peñaza, with 18 holes, although the rest, with 9 holes, are going to be extended. You don't have to become a member, but you will need to one of a club in your own country; a round is a little expensive, at about €60 for eighteen holes in high season.

The Pyrenees have many health resorts which do not only offer peaceful rest and comfortable accommodation, but also their medicinal waters which are especially appropiate for many ailments. At the same time, they are important tourist centrs in lovely surroundings and close to cities of great interest to art and architecture or near winter resorts. Peralada, Torremirona, Las Caldes de Boi, Caldes de Malavella and Santa Coloma de Farnes in the Catalonia Pyrenees. Alhama de Aragon, Jaraba and Paracuellos de Jiloca, the magnificient Health Resorts of Panticosa, Vilas de Turbon and Benasque in the Aragon Pyrenees. The Fitero Spa lies in Navarra.
