Aragon Guide

Pastelería Fantoba, is a family-run pastry shop founded in 1856 and located in Zaragoza's old quarter. Its ceiling is a work by the popular 19th Century architect Ricardo Magdalena. Fantoba has preserved the old fashioned quality of all its products. 

Specialising in fine traditional confectionery, they also produce excellent flaky pastries (turrones), delicate roscones (eaten on the 6th of January and San Valero's day), candied fruit swathed in chocolate, trenza (braided, regional pastry), candied violets and picture-perfect cakes.
