The Hotel Peña Montañesa is located in the Aragonese Pyrenees, just outside the village of Ainsa which is an Artistic, Historic Monument. Nestled near the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, it is surrounded by unique villages that preserve all their charm and traditional architecture. It is also the perfect spot to visit the Posets- Maladeta Natual Park and the Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park.
The Hotel Peña Montañesa was built in 2003. Its rustic style is in perfect harmony with its surroundings. Stone and wood dominate its construction and decoration. It offers 20 double rooms with hydro-massage tubs and spacious terraces; the other 30 rooms have been conceived to lodge families with children offer two large rooms; the duplexes have hydro-massage tubs and a terrace; others with 2 rooms offer microwave, fridge and terrace; Two suites complete the lodging available.
The restaurant offers menú or a la carte service. Laid out in two spacious and bright dining halls, one boasts a covered wood panoramic terrace with unbeatable views. During High-Season it also offers a buffet-style menu. The café serves platters on its outdoor summer terrace. We also offer a detailed and personalised service for banquets and ceremonies.
The hotel has a very cozy social lounge with various ambiences and social games, and a conference room equipped for social events and business meetings. The summer pool is surrounded by huge gardens and a kiddy-park and holds magnificent views of the Pyrenees. Next to the hotel you will find a heated pool with Jacuzzi, multi-sport court, tennis court, and kids entertainment area for High Season. We also have our own adventures company. It offers fun for the whole family in the beautiful Pyrenees setting all year round.
The Hotel Restaurant Peña Montañesa is located in the Sobrarbe County very close to the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park and two Natural Parks: Sierra and canyons of Guara and Posets-Maladeta. Sobrarbe County takes in the Ara and Cinca river basins which merge at the capital. These two rivers divide the county into two well defined and differentiated valleys: The Ara valley´s main villlages are Boltaña, Fiscal, Broto y Torla And the Cinca Valley´s being Bielsa, Tella, Escalona, Lafortunada y Ainsa.
