The restaurant Bal d'Onsera, in Zaragoza City, has the only new Michelin star to be awarded in the region of Aragon. The Bal d'Onsera ia s Small restaurant located in the old quarter, next to the popular Tapas area of El Tubo. The hall and a small dining room have a modern minimalist decoration, boasting modern furniture and a semi visible kitchen.

There is an ample menu with both creative cuisine but perhaps the best option is the taster menu. The Restaurant specialities are Huevo poché con bogavante, espárrago y trufa blanca. Merluza a la plancha sobre jugo untuoso de verduras and tallarines de sepia. Mousse de yogur con melocotón fluido, sorbete de cerezas and semilla de amapola.
