Try the House Speciality, Carne a la Piedra, literally translated as Meat to the Stone. A hot lava stone is brought to your table accompanied by a plate of raw meat or fish and a bowl of marine salt. You sprinkle the salt across the hot stone and cook the meat to your own taste allowing you to enjoy succulent meat oozing natural juices and flavour.
