Located in the main square (Plaza Mayor) in Ainsa, the Callizo offers an up to date and uncomplicated cuisine to be enjoyed with views out over the Pyrenees. There is an ample menu with both modern and traditional dishes but perhaps the best option is the taster menu: from frothy aperitif «bullinianas» to a selection of local sausages and meats as well as cockles and a substantial dessert. A good wine cellar and ample selection of liqueurs.

Closed on Sunday nights and Mondays except bank holidays and in summer.
